These days the majority of us do at least some of our banking online, either through our website or through the myMOVE App.

We've been advised that there is a fraudulent email currently in circulation claiming to be from BPAY. The email has the subject heading of ‘BPAY Deposit Instructions’ and there is a document attached.

BPAY have confirmed this is NOT a legitimate email address. If you do receive an email like this BPAY advises you to delete the email without opening any attachments.

Please note, BPAY never sends out direct email communications to customers.
