At MOVE Bank we are committed to ensuring our members are protected with the highest levels of security while banking online. As part of this commitment we have recently added a new security feature to the MOVE Bank App.
From now on members who are not registered for One Time Passwords will be asked to enter an "Access Code" prior to completing a transaction using the App.
If this happens all you need to do is enter your internet banking password and you will be able to complete the transaction.
Register for One Time Passwords
If you'd rather avoid having to go through this extra security step when using the App, you can register for One Time Passwords by logging in to internet banking and:
- Go to the Services menu
- Select "Manage One Time Passwords"
