Faster, simpler payments available soon
The New Payments Platform (NPP) is launching later this month and as a MOVE member, you’ll be one of the first to have access to real-time payments. You'll also be able to say goodbye to your bank account number and BSB if you register for a PayID.
Here's how it works...

Once the NPP is live, members with MOVE savings or transaction accounts will be able to:
- Send and receive payments from over 70 participating financial institutions in real time
- Make payments 24/7 without delays – no more holds ups due to weekends or public holidays
- Register for a PayID – this means you’ll be able to use an email address or mobile phone number to receive payments instead of your BSB and account number.
We'll let you know when you're able to start making real-time payments and register for PayID. Keep an eye on your email for more details!
Be NPP ready in three simple steps
If you'd like to make NPP payments from day one here are a couple of things you can do now to be ready when the service is launched
1. Update your contact details
Before you can register for a PayID you'll need to make sure your contact details are up to date. Login to myMOVE banking and select < My Preferences> then <Update Contact Details>
2. Download the myMOVE App
The latest update for the myMOVE App is enabled for NPP transactions and is packed with new features. Click here to find out more: mymove.com.au/mymove-app
