At this stage, it appears that quite a few of the other financial institutions participating in the NPP, including the big 4 banks, have yet to enable NPP transactions in their systems yet.
This means …
- You may not be able to make Osko payments to all participating financial institutions even though they are listed on the NPPA website as offering the service
- You may have Osko / Simple Credit payments returned with an error message – again this is due to the payee’s financial institution, not MOVE
Other participating financial institutions will advise when they will be enabling these transactions over the coming weeks.
