We’re on track for exceptional service!

At MOVE, member satisfaction is at the heart of everything we do and we are constantly striving to deliver exceptional service in all aspects of our business. We recently surveyed members to ensure that we are fulfilling this commitment to you.

 

As part of this survey, we asked member to rate how willing they are to recommend MOVE to their family and friends. This rating enables us to determine our net promoter score (NPS), which is the leading indicator of customer satisfaction.  

 

Our members rated us with a positive score of +35 which confirms that members are very satisfied, and compares exceptionally well to the major banks whose average score was negative -15. 

 

Thanks to all the members who took the time to provide us with your feedback through surveys and focus groups throughout 2017. We will use this valuable information to continuously improve our offerings in 2018.
